01. Financials
Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed are FOB (Free On Board) and CFR (Cost and Freight).
- Currency: USD, EUR, or IDR.
- 50% Down Payment required to start production.
- Remaining 50% due before delivery.
- Payments via Bank Transfer or PayPal (Fees by Buyer).
- Down payments are non-refundable.
Validity of Offer
- Quotations valid for 1 Weeks.
- Offers based on standard international trade terms.
- Non-binding until formal order received.
- Subject to raw material price stability.
02. Operations
Minimum of Quantity
- MOQ CBM: 1 m³ per shipment (mixed items allowed).
- MOQ Trial: 20–30 pcs per model (For first purchase).
- MOQ Normal: 50–200 pcs per item.
Production
- 100% Handcrafted by local artisans.
- Uses Eco-friendly materials.
- ±5% Tolerance in size/color allowed due to handmade nature.
- Lead time depends on order volume.
Samples
- Samples available at Buyer's expense.
- Shipping via buyer's appointed carrier.
- Samples are Non-returnable & Non-refundable.
Logistics & Shipping
- Sea or Air freight via agreed expedition.
- Risk passes to buyer upon loading.
- Standard Export Packaging included.
03. Compliance
Warranty & Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 7 Days of receipt.
- Max compensation ≤ Invoice Value.
- Evidence (Photos/Video) required for claims.
